Responsibilities:

You will be an early member of Pulsora’s Business Engagement team and lead the existing Solutions team in our expansion in the EMEA and DACH region. This is a hands-on leadership position, with the opportunity to coach and mentor an existing team, while also leading enterprise implementations and delivering key sales engineering tasks. Your contribution will give valuable design insights that contribute to the direction and roadmap of the product line, working closely with our world-class engineering team (with leadership experience from Nielsen, Oracle, TIBCO). You will gain exposure through a variety of customer engagements in different industries, departments, and geographies.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Solutions Consultants in the EMEA region, ensuring their success and aiding in their growth and professional development.
  • Lead complicated enterprise implementations of the Pulsora platform with new customers in the EMEA region and beyond.
  • Be a key member in the Munich office, building a strong relationship between our sales team and solutions consultant team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospects and deliver best in class pitches.
  • Analyze our customer’s needs and services to design and implement solutions that would maximize productivity and enhance the quality of deliverables.
  • Lead scoping exercises with our clients and write scope of works for all new business. Manage team time entry and monitor services margins in line with company goals.
  • Manage escalations and be the professional services expert in the EMEA region.
  • Provide guidance relating to platform configuration and process improvement.
  • Develop expertise of our product to credibly answer business questions for our prospects and customers; demonstrate how to get the most from our product.
  • Work proactively with internal systems engineers, technical architects, and product owners to strategize on opportunities, cross-train, and transfer knowledge.
  • Hands-on creation and delivery of requests for proposal, proofs of concept, and pilots, in conjunction with the engineering team. This will include understanding business requirements, data modeling, validations, integrations, ETL, analytics and workflow.
  • Travel to clients and prospects within the EMEA region and globally to deliver sales presentations and guide implementations.
  • Help us grow the EMEA solutions consultant team in line with customer and revenue growth!
