Job Description:
As part of the Client Servicing vertical of Onboarding & Servicing Technology and Operations, associates specialize in Research and Adjustments, Account Analysis and KeyAccounts Manager support our clients across the team’s broad areas of responsibility. As such, the chosen candidate can expect to be required to perform tasks such as (but not limited to):
- Perform basic to complex research using various bank systems
- Providing of deposit, check, statement and report copies
- Research and resolution of both monetary and non-monetary differences which occur during check, credit card processing or corporate client billing
- Performing routine research and process transactions as requested by clients utilizing specific Enterprise Commercial Payments product
- Complete data entry into various bank systems
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients through the KeyValues concepts
- Recommends and implements programs to solve routine issues, improve process efficiency, quality and client experience
- Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines. Refers more complex problems to senior level or manager
- Typically covers a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role
- Actively participates in self- development in order to support the common team but also ones future advancement
- Proven ability to handle customer service inquires and diffuse difficult customer situations independently
Required and/or Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma of GED
- Basic to intermediate PC and MS Office skills
- Proven problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of the larger fast-paced and ever-changing team; all while maintaining a precise attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with team members, internal clients and management while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to follow instruction as provided and utilize training to make informed decisions
- 1+ years branch bank operations or equivalent work experience is preferred
