KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Workload management
Ensures data integrity, accuracy and SLAs are met
Responds to questions about escalations and provide support where required
Coordinate ad hoc projects
Actively participate in various operational calls
Have full knowledge (SME) of the operational process
Coordinates and facilitates interview scheduling and escorts candidates during in-person interviews
Manage the onboarding process with new hire
Generate offer letters

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3 years of experience supporting recruiting administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge and understanding of the recruiting lifecycle process
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual in both English and French
Experience working with interview scheduling, offer letter creation and onboarding is a must have
Experience with the ATS - Success Factors is a nice to have
Ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
Attention to detail and follow up is a key requirement for this role
Ability to work in collaboration with others, but also feels comfortable working independently
Experience working in a performance-based environment
Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with various tools such as Microsoft Excel, MS Word and Sharepoint
Must be able to come into the office at least 2 days a week

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an English and French speaking Lead Specialist Recruitment Coordinator in Toronto to support our Pharmaceutical client.
This role will require the individual to work in our AMS Toronto office 2 days a week.
The main functions of the role are:
Interview Scheduling
Offer letter creation
Onboarding and follow up
