• Leading and coordinating health initiatives focused on nutrition, physical activity, and reducing tobacco and alcohol use, with an emphasis on cultural relevance.
• Building strong relationships with Māori, Pasifika, and local organisations to drive collective impact and empower communities to take charge of their health.
• Supporting the implementation of Māori health frameworks and integrating mātauranga Māori into health promotion practices.
• Delivering culturally aligned, community-led health initiatives that promote lasting change.

• Championing systems thinking to drive innovative, collaborative approaches across the team and external stakeholders.

• Ensuring initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and relevant to the diverse needs of South Auckland communities.
