As an integral part of our aviation start-up, you will bring a deep understanding of aviation regulations, pilot qualifications and the ability to attract top talent to our organization. The trust you build with key stakeholders creates an advisory relationship to enable valuable information sharing.
Play a pivotal role in the technical assessment and interviewing of pilots to ensure their skillset aligns with the needs of our business and perpetuates our cultural values.

You actively share your expertise with colleagues, helping to elevate your team’s capabilities. About You:
Degree qualified, you will have at least 6 years of experience in recruiting, at least 2 years in pilot recruiting.
