RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

P&C Data Distribution product management is responsible for driving the direction of technology products, to build platforms that meet stakeholder requirements and deliver software features in releases that provide business value. The technology product owner role is responsible for data distribution technology features for Xpressfeed that are required to meet business objectives and evolve the technology product capabilities. Together with P&C product managers, product owners manage the technology product roadmaps and backlog. Product owners gather business and operational requirements from stakeholders across S&P divisions who use the P&C technology capabilities. Product owners take business requirements, define features for development, write user stories and prioritize development inclusive of all functional features, technical debt, audit, and compliance requirements.
Define Product Requirements – understand, analyze, and document functional and non-functional Requirements
Business and Tech Liaison – Understand business problems and communicate with Technology
Produce detailed business and functional requirement specifications
Assess and manage the impact of changes in requirements on the technology systems/infrastructure
Participate/lead in project sizing, planning, and tracking activities for feature development
