As a Lead Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issue. You will repair, technical support or a field/other services request. You will develop an operational year plan and suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Lead Technical Support Engineer - Wireline Services you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Managing and coordinating the introduction of new technologies.
  • Collaborating with AMO Teams to troubleshoot equipment and ensure smooth operations.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a minimum of a technical Diploma.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in cementing technical support engineering
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team
