• Key Responsibilities
• Manage the requisitioning, ordering, and inventory of materials required for the development of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Ensure timely procurement to meet production needs while maintaining optimal inventory levels and preventing stockouts.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and alignment with demand.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimizing material waste.
• Track incoming materials to ensure timely delivery. Address and resolve any delays or discrepancies in transit, collaborating with suppliers to mitigate disruptions.
• Ensure all shipping documentation (e.g., packing lists, certificates of analysis) is complete and maintained for traceability.
• Verify that received materials match purchase orders and meet quality specifications.
• Organize and maintain materials storage areas in compliance with cGMP and safety standards, ensuring proper segregation and handling.
• Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance activities of storage area to meet cGMP and document all actions for compliance.
• Assist in creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for materials handling, shipping, and inventory control to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Education and Experience
• BS/BA Business, management, purchasing, or science
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar field of work.
• Materials management experience working in a GMP environment such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices is highly desired.
• Experience working with SAP is considered an asset.
