Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Operations Analyst for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.
In this role, you will:
- This position provides provisioning support for 200+ applications supporting multiple lines of businesses to ensure agreed upon SLAs and controls are met.
- Support includes provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, analyzing complex technical operations challenges which require in-depth evaluation, peer reviews, and assisting in project efforts that include conducting research and creating reports and presentations on findings along with implementing quality and risk adverse solutions. Leading teams to meet deadlines and drive new initiatives
- Guide complex technology projects with broad impact for the businessAct as key participant in the plan development for Technology OperationsAnalyze complex technical operations challenges which require in-depth evaluation
- Conduct research and create reports and presentations on findingsEnsure quality and security of the solutions and address remediation’s as needed
- Champion continuous improvement, including devising new strategies and new opportunities
- Direct the daily Risk and Control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual service improvement
- Make decisions based on the understanding of the requirements that influence projects
- Lead teams to meet deadlines and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with employees to resolve initiatives and achieve technology directives
- Act as a mentor for individuals
Required Qualifications:

- Availability to participate in on-call rotation.
- This is a hybrid role. You must be able to work in-office in a listed location at least three days per week
