ABOUT THE CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY TALENT PROGRAM:

For the past three years, our Creative Tech Apprenticeship has launched careers in cutting-edge fields like coding, game engines, virtual production, and AI – all while working with world-class brands. Due to an upcoming internal move, we’re looking for a passionate Program Director to lead this impactful program for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

• Lead a high-impact program: Drive the success of our Creative Tech Apprenticeship, shaping its future and maximizing its impact.
• Champion talent development: Manage, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of high-performing creative technologists. Refine talent strategies to ensure their skills align with the ever-evolving industry landscape.
• Foster innovation: Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment where creative minds can thrive and push the boundaries of AI-driven creativity.
• Collaborate with the best: Partner with senior leadership, external vendors, and industry experts to achieve program goals and elevate the apprentice experience
