Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Trade Marketing Manager develops marketing strategies for the Celebrity Cruises sales department and delivers value by conceptualizing business ideas to propel the organization forward Plan and execute sales objectives through campaigns and tactics with trade partners delivering a strong ROI This will include events social media regional webinars focus groups national account partnerships content creator management communications and channel expansion Inspired by facilitating idea generation manage large scope departmental-wide projects value refinement and problem resolution The role reports to and works with the Senior Manager of Trade Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications public relations
- or event management5-7 years of marketing strategy consulting event
- or product management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Creative storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in the full Adobe Suite; particular focus on techniques in Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce; particular focus on Sales and Marketing apps
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy and directionAbility to prioritize in complex
- evolving environment
- Thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution
- Comfortable with analysis and dataExcellent cross-functional team project
- and organizational leadership skills with the ability to interact with an influence across all levels and functions
- Digital marketing experience preferred
- Previous experience working in travel or hospitality industry a plus
- Individual must be prepared to travel at least 30% of the time

Responsibilities:
Builds and implements go-to market strategies to deliver sales objectives
Foster cross departmental collaboration included but not limited to Field Sales Sales Communication Marketing PR Legal Operations and Revenue
- Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with leaders of travel agencies
- Develop content calendar and advertising strategies for the brand’s B2B and B2B2C social media platformsDesign and own annual trade media investments and coordinating creative assets
- Serves as internal consultant to identify recommend and negotiate on-brand affluent events to drive brand awareness and sales for the trade Virtual and/or in person
- Define and align seasonal marketing calendar incorporating all relevant aspects of product retail and brand activityDevelop framework for co-op spend benchmarks goals and guidance for field sales
- Create and launch trade webinars focused on marketing education to keep Celebrity Cruises top of mind and to drive revenue
- Continuously evaluate the sales organization’s MarTech stack and provide recommendations to leadership for forward focused technologyMaintains and enhances the Marketing Assistance Program
