Description:

Your role

  • As part of our growing Content Operations team you will have the opportunity to help shape digitalization in healthcare
  • You will be part of the development of innovative solutions for doctors and medical staff and support our internal teams by providing high-quality, consistent translations of technical content such as user interfaces and user documentation
  • You will be part of an interdisciplinary team in an international environment
  • You will work very closely with content developers, project and product managers, software developers, UX designers, terminologists, linguistic asset managers, and external translation partners to provide the most consistent translations required to ensure best-in-class user experience for our customers
  • You will actively develop and drive the implementation of state-of-the-art tools, workflows, and processes for the translation of our user interface content and technical documentation
  • You will manage translation projects in 40+ target languages from planning stage to final release and be in charge of quality, resources, and timelines
  • You will be based in our Munich office, from where you can enjoy the view of the Alps and the energy of our amazing team
  • You will also have the opportunity to work remotely on a regular basis

Your profile

  • Minimum of five years professional experience in a relevant position with a focus on translation management, localization management or similar, ideally in the field of medical technology
  • Passion and experience to develop and drive process optimizations for translation management with an eye for the big picture and a focus on content consistency
  • Passion for technology, and experience in the application of data-based automations in translation management
  • Experience in working with development teams and agile methodologies
  • Experience and methodological competence in translation and translation management of user interfaces and user documentation
  • Experience in the application of translation management systems and linguistic tools such as memoQ, xBench, Passolo, Quickterm, MultiTerm…
  • Experience in terminology and terminology management
  • Strong team spirit and communication skills (German and English)
  • Degree with a focus on translation, localization, technical writing, computer linguistics, language technology, or convincing professional experience We are looking forward to your application including your CV and cover letter
