Description:

LEAD UX DESIGNER

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead UX Designer to shape our new UX practice and deliver exceptional product designs during a critical phase of technology modernisation. Working closely with the Chief Product & Technology Officer, you will establish a robust UX practice, define our UX strategy, and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design and prototype solutions for both existing and new products.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience creating and managing design systems or component libraries.
  • Working knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience using analytics tools to derive data-driven insights.
  • Background in enterprise or complex SaaS application design.
  • Proven success in technology modernisation or transformation projects.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic about crafting cohesive, engaging user experiences across diverse platforms.
