  • 6+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

  • Experience using Tableau and other reporting tools

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Valuations Coordinator

In this role, you will:

  • Support valuation reviewers with ensuring residential valuations are compliant with federal, regulatory and bank policy
  • Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group or administrative operations; proactively provides feedback and presents ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with functional area impact
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuation Review
  • Manage department BCP activities
  • Manage department training, continuing education, human resources, system support and expense approvals
  • Assign reviews according to due dates and rush requests
  • Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and training
  • Perform or guide others on complex, tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation of customer-centric tasks
  • Prioritize work and provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to team
  • Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional area on wide range of information
  • Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role

Job Expectations:

  • Required current location for this position is 401 S Tryon St CHARLOTTE NC 28202-1675
  • Shift is Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule

Responsible for BCP management for the department
Maintaining and monitoring appraiser licensure activity for review staff
Employee support functions such as expense reports, travel management, performance tracking
SOP development and management
Team process and functionality improvement activities
