Description:

Lime is the world’s largest shared electric vehicle company. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered 400+ million rides in 250+ cities on 5 continents, replacing an estimated 100+ million car trips. Named a Time 100 Most Influential Company and Fast Company Brand That Matters, we achieved a fully profitable year in 2022, becoming the first in our industry to reach this milestone.
Lime is hiring a Lead Product Manager to join our Vehicle PM team! In this role, you’ll define the product vision, own the roadmap, and drive teams to execute on that vision. You are responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, working across a cross-functional team in support of our global customer base.
We are a remote first company and for many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. It is preferred that this role is based within 60 minutes of a US city in which Lime operates.
The candidate hired into this role is expected to travel at least 6 times per year to San Francisco or other US locations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience writing product strategy documents (e.g. 3-year roadmap, PRFAQ).
  • Experience managing a customer facing product; ideally a global product.
  • PM experience managing at least 3 of the following product types; (a) physical hardware, (b) electronics products, (c) firmware/middleware, (d) computer vision, (e) Power, battery, or motors (f) Sustainability, (g) software.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $134,000 - $231,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
