- 3+ years experience working with Vena or similar product
- Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)/Accounting is an asset
- Hands-on experience with financial planning, close management, reporting and analysis.
- Experience with enterprise planning systems.
- Executive presence to interact with senior-level executives
- A passion for continuously learning new technology, and improving business processes
- Resourcefulness and eagerness to learn and grow, takes initiative to find answers
- Executive presence to interact with senior-level executives
- Strong project management, problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior consulting experience; experience at an EPM software company or EPM partner consulting organization is a huge plus
- Working with startup SaaS companies is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills – ability to create complex formulas, macros and sophisticated formatting;

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As we pursue our growth, we are looking for a Lead, Vena Solutions to join our Finance team in Canada. This role will be working remotely in Quebec/Ontario and will report to the Director, FP & A while working in close partnership with other members of the finance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support, and execute, the implementation of Vena for Power Factors, being responsible for configuring the data model, financial templates and reports, integrating data from systems and setting up automated workflows
- Lead workshops with company stakeholders to elicit business and technical requirements
- Enable company stakeholders to adopt the product and maximize value from their Vena investment
- Work closely with Finance and other departments day-to-day to deliver projects on time, while proactively communicating issues as needed
- Design data architectures to support ‘to-be’ process designs
- Be a self starter when learning the Vena product, demonstrate a get-your-hands-dirty approach and ask lots of questions
