As the Lead Veterinarian, you’ll play a pivotal role in the hospital’s success:

• Manage primary clinical cases, encompassing both medical and surgical cases
• Provide guidance and training to our primary care Veterinarian team
• Skillfully handle client complaints and address financial and clinical concerns
• Act as the line manager for our GP veterinarians, facilitating their growth
• Contribute to performance appraisals of GP veterinarians
• Assist in training nursing and animal attendants when needed
• Contribute to the development and execution of our marketing plan
• Play a vital role in the hospital’s leadership team
