Pay: Depending On Experience
Hours: Tuesday - Friday; 7:00am - 5:00pm,
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be insurable through company insurance carrier.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience, ideally in a trade-related environment.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check upon receiving a conditional offer.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory tracking software is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Pull, stage, and accurately count orders, ensuring all products are properly located and organized.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying stock against purchase orders (POs). Assist with stock orders, return materials, and manage overstocked items for vendor returns.
- Material Handling: Stock, consolidate, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Ensure all items leaving the shop are properly documented on material sheets.
- Purchase Order & Shipping Documentation: Create POs for ordered parts and equipment. Prepare and manage shipping documentation for outgoing materials.
- Returns & Warranty Claims: Inspect, process, and handle returns and warranty claims efficiently.
- Warehouse Operations: Ensure all scheduled jobs have the necessary materials and equipment pulled and staged for installers. Check, organize, and put away stock orders.
- Support for Installers: Assist installers with loading/unloading vans, and deliver parts and equipment to field technicians as needed.
- Company Vehicle Maintenance: Wash and maintain company vehicles, perform weekly inspections, schedule regular maintenance including: oil changes, inspections, and tire changes
- Recycling & Waste Management: Recycle materials (cardboard, plastic, metal) using the appropriate machinery.
