Description:
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A MIX OF KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND EXPERTISE IN:
- Team Management: Experience in leading and mentoring teams, including 121s, reviews and development sessions to drive high performance. You will be responsible for leading a squad of expert engineers.
- You’re a front-end Maestro! Your knack for writing semantic, accessible and modular code with React and JavaScript frameworks including NextJS & Remix, gives you the right grounding to guide your teams through complexed technical journeys in the Cloud.
- Championing Agile ways of working with your team, utilising agile methodologies partnering with Product to own the roadmap of new features and functionality.
- API Integration: Proficiency in integrating with services using RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Testing Mastery: Strong testing skills, from code quality and security to ensuring seamless customer journeys and accessibility
