JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Lead Web Marketing Manager who excels at the intersection of digital marketing and web development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Marketing and a deep understanding of the web development process. You will lead the charge in optimizing our web platform to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and drive sales growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on web-based B2C products.
  • Web Development Knowledge: Deep understanding of the web development process and experience working closely with development teams.
  • UX & SEO Expertise: Strong background in UX best practices and understanding SEO basics, with the ability to implement strategies that enhance both user experience and search visibility.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Experience with GA4, GTM, and user analytics tools like Amplitude, Smartlook, Hotjar, etc.
  • Project Management: Skilled in project management tools like Jira and experienced in creating detailed task requirements for development teams.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Russian (C1-2 level), basic Spanish or additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion on the web platform.
  • Web Development Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and SEO experts to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements on the website.
  • Product Ownership: Manage and prioritize the development roadmap for the BOSS Revolution web platform, focusing on marketing goals and user experience.
  • Funnel Analysis: Analyze web user funnels to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align web development projects with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Task Management: Create detailed requirements for the development team, ensuring clarity and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to track and report on the performance of web products, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and marketing outcomes.
  • UX Best Practices: Implement UX best practices to continuously improve the website’s user interface and interaction flow.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and web development best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
