About the role:
In this role you will provide key rostering insights and lead indicators for Operations site teams and leadership, through the design, implementation and maintenance of reports and analysis in relation to rostering.
What’s involved:
- Delivery and articulation of complex rostering information into simple & intuitive outputs
- Production of accurate, reliable and timely reports
- Influencing and negotiating to align internal and external stakeholders’ views and deliver the best possible business outcomes
- Partnering with stakeholders to build tailored solutions
Who we’re looking for:
You are an analytical, outcome driven problem solver who is flexible and adaptable in their approach and possesses excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ideally you will have prior experience in workforce planning or industrial engineering.
You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic and high performing team.
You’ll need:
- Tertiary qualification in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role ideally within a large scale multi-site environment
- Knowledge of key data manipulation and analysis techniques
- Working knowledge of statistical & programming languages - python, SQL & PLSQL, Excel, Power BI
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
