• Manage industrial projects aiming to reduce assembly cycle and hours, in the perimeter of the ground tests;
• Contribute to the development of the industrial strategy and the manufacturing plan of both A220 FALs;
• Act as a project manager for several small to large-sized projects simultaneously:
• Define the project charter: content, scope, resources, timeline, costs, risks, quality management, communication and training;
• Plan activities and coordinate the work of the involved resources, act as the interface between stakeholders, manage expectations and change requests;
• Manage budget and expenses;
• Prepare and present status updates to the steering committee.
• Be proactive in defining the activities and organization to be put in place to place the ground test ecosystem in an industrial mode;
• Engage the resources necessary for the successful completion of projects and keep them involved;
• Communicate and present to seek the right support at the necessary hierarchical level;
• Maintain a close connection with the Airbus ground test CoC and be the A220 representative in this community;
• Identify and implement innovations to digitalize A220 Ground Tests;
• Carry out benchmarks with other aeronautical programs;
• Act as a change leader;
• Evaluate and support continuous improvement initiatives in the field of testing.
