We have exciting opportunities for people to apply for part-time roles as a Leader in Charge at our Youth Hubs across East Sussex.

1x Leader in Charge – Sexual Health Drop in, 3.5 hours per week
What is a Leader in Charge
As youth workers, we nurture and support the young people we work with so they can learn to make informed choices; we teach empowerment and equality, helping the young people have a voice, build positive relationships, and reach their full potential.

As a Leader in Charge, you will create session plans, oversee the operation and running of the session, record session evaluations, line manage a small team of part-time youth workers, engage young people in the community, offer support, advice, and guidance, as well as handling any safeguarding concerns as a team.
