As a leadership development consultant, you’ll serve as the primary resource for the design, development and deployment of leadership development offerings for senior leaders. As the program lead, you’ll coordinate new cohort experiences for external senior leader hires. In addition, you’ll own the business’s executive education offerings including our external partnerships. You’ll also support additional programs and services, including executive assessments and debriefs, executive coaching, and senior leader career planning tools and resources.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years related professional experience in Human Resources or development-related work.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten years related professional experience in Human Resources or development-related work
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Broad leadership and executive development experience, including program design and delivery
- Excellent planning, communication and prioritization skills with proven experience collaborating with internal and external partners
