We are an integral part of Deloitte People & Purpose team, a leading Nordic HR environment. As a Leadership Development Specialist, you will contribute to conduct Deloitte’s leadership strategy and developing our leaders through a variety of leadership programmes and activities.

• Develop and facilitate leadership programmes
