The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a large team, providing exceptional customer service, and the ability to identify and resolve operational and profitability challenges. ROLE EXPECTATIONS:

As a leader at Vapiano, your primary focus will be to ensure an outstanding experience for both staff and customers, leading to exceptional business results. This role encompasses all the key responsibilities of a typical management position, and we will go into more detail about specific expectations during the interview process.
