Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The project team are currently looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join their team. The position will require civil, bulk earthworks and a structures background. You will report directly to the supervisor, and you will be responsible for leading a small team of operators and labourers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working under the direction of the site supervisor.
- Lead a small team of operators and labourers.
- Coordinate and undertake bulk earthworks and minor structures including: (retaining walls and footpaths).
- Lead and undertake all works in accordance with site and company HSE policies and procedures.
