Description:

Come join the team, based onsite at Stockland Halcyon “Edgebrook” located in Eagleby. As the construction workload continues to increase, the team need a Leading Hand, helping to get homes ready for quality assurance inspections and new homeowner visits.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Leading Hand and Site Supervisor, this is a permanent, full-time position, Monday – Friday, 6.00am – 2.00pm

Key responsibilities include:

  • Getting houses ready for quality inspections
  • Completing any scope gap jobs from other trades in preparation for client handover
  • QA inspections on homes and making list to be sent out to trades and contractors
  • Organising materials from delivery and allocating where they should be
  • Liaising with contractors onsite
  • House/site clean ups
