As the PDI Workshop Leading Hand, you will oversee the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality work, and adherence to safety standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of workshop staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
• Managing workshop resources, including tools, equipment, and materials, to optimise productivity and reduce downtime.
• Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  Rate: $51.55 per hour + Super + Allowances. Additional paid overtime is available. We also provide a phone, laptop, and PPE to support you in this role.
