About Our Company:
Responsibilities:
- Challenge performance across all the Supply Chain domains
- Support tailored supply chain & supply chain transformation programs
- Be accountable with the plant/DC for key metrics related to Manufacturing Productivity and Capacity.
- In charge to monitor performance and to build improvement actions plan
- Standardize & deploy for exemplary results
- Be accountable in front of Plant/DCs Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axes (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within Plants & DCs under his/her responsibility
- Contribute to enrich SPS (Schneider Production System)
- Train & Coach for Sustainability
- Be a coach for Lean Leaders and an expert / referent at department or GSC Europe level
