About Our Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Challenge performance across all the Supply Chain domains
  • Support tailored supply chain & supply chain transformation programs
  • Be accountable with the plant/DC for key metrics related to Manufacturing Productivity and Capacity.
  • In charge to monitor performance and to build improvement actions plan
  • Standardize & deploy for exemplary results
  • Be accountable in front of Plant/DCs Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axes (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within Plants & DCs under his/her responsibility
  • Contribute to enrich SPS (Schneider Production System)
  • Train & Coach for Sustainability
  • Be a coach for Lean Leaders and an expert / referent at department or GSC Europe level
