Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for cultivating the growth and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement at Livingston HealthCare through the leadership of initiatives, managing change, coaching and training. Collaborates with LHC leadership to ensure projects are aligned to support LHC’s strategic objectives as well as LHC mission, vision and values.
Delivers training and provides mentoring support in White Belt, Yellow Belt, root Cause analysis, 5S, Kaizen and workshop facilitation techniques, while being an exemplar of all these skills among others.
QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):
- Ability to obtain Lean Six Sigma Black Belt within 2 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process improvement experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lean Six Sigma experience and belt levels are preferred
- Process improvement experience in the healthcare setting
Responsibilities:

- Track progress of QAPI (Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement) projects for the facility.
