Job Description
Your role as LeanIX SUPPORT will be offering support and assistance to customer requests in the enterprise architecture management tool. It includes solving requests in accordance with procedures and work instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your main attributions and responsibilities are:

  • Be a trusted advisor for technical aspects of our platform;
  • Own the technical communication with our enterprise customers;
  • Manage critical customer communication in close alignment with Customer Success Managers and Support;
  • Proactive, systematic communication with customers to maintain a high customer retention;
  • Offers 1st level support for Bosch users and/or Bosch business partners by helping or informing them, in accordance with the procedures and work instructions;
  • Availability to moderate meetings, create and explain process documentation, and proactive attitude with clients and team;
  • Research about component releases, lifecycle etc.;
  • Propose the right IT Component for an application;
  • Developing and scaling reports for SMTs (LeanIX Analytics).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school Diploma or Bachelor degree related to IT area;
  • 1-3+ years of relevant work experience in problem analysis case resolution;
  • Excellent written/speaking communication English (German is a plus);
  • Basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management;
  • One programming language knowledge would be desirable;
  • DB Skill - working with PowerBI, providing Reports.
