LEAP First is the entity that focusses on building, maintaining and engaging with our power user membership base. Being a member of LEAP First means that you are part of an elite group of our customers who experience the new products that LEAP Dev are designing and developing. As the LEAP First Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to play with and demonstrate all the new products, features, and apps that LEAP Dev is building and deploying to LEAP First members. This includes the roll-out of our innovative AI applications!

  • Utilise in-depth knowledge of LEAP software to conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations.
  • Tailor demonstrations to address promote product attributes and highlight key features.
  • Assist in organising and conducting feedback activities, including Zoom sessions, surveys, workshops, phone calls and client visits.
  • Ability to provide a strong level of customer support and troubleshooting is very welcome.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Utilise Atlassian tools (Confluence & Jira) for project management, documentation, and issue tracking.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Gather and analyse feedback to help LEAP Dev teams continually improve any features, tools or apps being developed before general release

To excel in this role you’ll need an intimate knowledge of LEAP practice management software, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and the ability to confidently run product demonstrations. This could come from a variety of backgrounds including Helpdesk, Sales or the legal profession (maybe you’re a customer?). You will also bring:

  • Strong computer skills, familiarity with office suite tools including Microsoft Office, Zoom, and OneDrive, and a solid understanding of Atlassian suite tools (Confluence & Jira).
  • Strong customer relationship management skills. You know how to clearly communicate with customers to address their needs and reach a positive outcome as quickly as possible.
  • Experience collecting meaningful feedback. Whether this be through surveys, workshops, zoom sessions and client visits…..you have a natural ability to engage clients in purposeful discussion.
  • Experience understanding and utilising product documentation.
  • The ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • An autonomous work style who adds value to the wider team.
  • Strong organisation with the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities.
  • An enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations, especially in AI
