    Additional Information
    This role is 5 days a week I would welcome applications that are looking for flexible working, i.e 9.30-4.00 Monday to Friday. Please note this in your application.
    We operate on a hybrid working model with 2 days in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Learning Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our learners by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their learning journey. You will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, retention, and satisfaction among our course participants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance learner engagement and success.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide timely support to address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers, Experts and course designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
  • Analyse learner data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Organise and support Mentem live expert sessions
  • Create and maintain comprehensive learner support resources.
  • Act as a point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues and triaging escalations.
  • Provide regular reports on learner progress and success metrics..
