This critical learner support role will provide a proactive, professional and timely service to learners and will support the delivery of high-quality learning programmes on behalf of our partners. The role is crucial in ensuring that all learners receive an exceptional learning experience which adds significant value to their learning, development, and progress through their own service delivery and the team
The post holder will ensure that the appropriate funding attached to this service is claimed in a timely manner and that the institution promotes an inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with disabilities or additional needs. This role influences our learners’ futures and, at times, can change their life.
