Join Us as a Learning Administrator in the Assessment Centre!
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Learning Administrator working within the Assessment Centre of our Learning Delivery directorate. In this role, you will provide timely and effective administrative programme support. This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time position.
Our Learning Administration team enables the smooth and efficient operation of our Assessment Centre. The team support the network of academic staff and markers ensuring streamlined assessment workflows and contribute to quality assurance processes.

We’re looking for a skilled administrator with a strong background in administrative support.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Able to work well with colleagues and build strong professional relationships.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in speaking and writing.
- Skilled in using enterprise systems and Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint Online, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Great at planning and staying organised, especially when juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and handle challenges effectively.
- Experienced in creating and documenting procedures to make administrative processes smoother.
- Committed to accuracy, high standards, and a keen eye for detail.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to make good decisions while adapting quickly to changing needs.
