Job Expectations
We have an exciting role at nbn for a Learning and Capability Manager to join the Chief Data Office team. This role will report to the General Manager Transformation.
A bit about your role
As the Learning and Capability Manager, you will develop and execute learning and development initiatives with a focus of fostering a data-driven culture. You will be responsible to enhance the data capabilities of nbn’s team members via the execution of accessible, digestible and pragmatic learning module development.
This will be an opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future of nbn’s data capability. This will see you design and deliver comprehensive data capability training and upskilling programs, using agile methodologies for iterative planning and execution. You will manage the learning roadmap, tailor programs to business needs, and ensure effective delivery. Additionally, you will monitor and improve the adoption and effectiveness of the learning and development programs through assessment, stakeholder feedback and data analysis.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience designing and executing capability upskilling programs, ideally in the data or technology space. This role will require you to take on a hands-on approach with the ability to create and deliver content independently.
You excel in agile ways of working, with strong program management skills. You have excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to manage and incorporate stakeholder feedback. You have a track-record of high adoption success and improved effectiveness of learning programs.
