Description:
Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust are recruiting a part-time Learning & Development Administrator, on a permanent contract.
The role will be based from the Willerby Hill site and the individual will be required to work Monday, Tuesday (full days) and half a day on a Wednesday, as part of a job-share.
The role will involve all aspects of learning administration, supporting the wider Learning & Organisational Development (OD) service. The successful individual will be proactive, supportive and solution focused, in order to contribute to the highest levels of customer service and provide an overall positive staff experience.
The role will involve working independently, using initiative, as well as working as part of the Learning Administration team, which forms part of the People & OD directorate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role as there is a requirement to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. Ability to work across multiple IT systems is also necessary as the role will often act as a first point of contact for those who are having issues accessing the Trust’s Learning Management System (ESR) and therefore need navigation and/or signposting support.
The main duties for the role include -
Providing professional administrative and customer service support to the Learning & OD service, including course & session administration for the Trust’s internal training & development programmes.
Providing basic IT support to staff accessing the Trust’s Learning Management System (ESR) and those who book training rooms using the internal online platform.
Dealing with first line queries via phone, Microsoft Teams and the shared Learning Admin mailbox.
Contributing to the planning and development of the service/ department as a core member of the team.
