As a Learning & Development Advisor at Behaviour Interactive, you will play a key role with employees and managers in the processing of individual training requests, the coordination and logistics of training sessions and workshops, budget tracking, the compilation of data related to compliance with the 1% law and the purchasing process for external training and conferences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage individual training requests and emails from internal clients;
- Answer Learning-related questions from employees and managers;
- Manage language course program registrations;
- Organize training and workshop sessions from A to Z (reserve room, send participant invitations and reminders, coordinate logistics, send post-training appreciation form, enter attendance into LMS, etc.);
- Update expense tracking document daily;
- Update the tracking file and compile data related to the 1% Training Law;
- Ensure the complete purchasing process for external training and conferences (create PO in the platform, complete online transaction, send invoice to accounts payable, etc.).
- Regularly review and update training content on the LMS platform;
- Support the Senior Advisor in the design and deployment of learning activities;
- Support the Senior Advisor in the development of communities of practice and the organization of learning events;
- Identify and meet with various training providers;
- Monitor the LMS platform, add and update content;
- Any other related tasks.
