Currently, we are seeking a Junior Learning and Development Analyst to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, or related areas.
  • Experience as a learning specialist or in a similar HR position.
  • English language skills (B2 - C1) are required.
  • Experience with standard human resources software, such as MS Office.
  • Experience in Human Resources processes.
  • Intermediate computer level in Google Suite.
  • Planning, innovation, problem-solving, autonomy, resilience, delivery, communication skills, customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor staff development strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and plans.
  • Implement training activities, follow up on programs, and manage induction, training, and performance monitoring processes.
  • Research and select training providers.
  • Ensure the establishment and fulfillment of employee development and career plans.
  • Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system.
  • Provide support for induction programs and new staff onboarding.
  • Maintain updated employee files, manage requests, and collect personnel developments.
  • Attend and listen to employee requests.
  • Facilitate HR department communication and comply with legal requirements.
  • Update process data and information.
  • Support compliance with training and development plans.
  • Keep in constant communication with peers and project managers, and participate in events and meetings when necessary.
