The Learning & Development Department is seeking a highly motivated and career-minded individual to join their team as a Learning Consultant supporting our Insurance line of business, namely Echelon Insurance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate in Adult Education
- 5 years’ experience in consulting and managing stakeholders is a must
- 5 years’ experience in design/development of large-scale training programs using different learning methods is a must
- Experience in training delivery of in person and virtual training sessions
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience handling casualty claims is a must
- Knowledge of insurance contracts of various jurisdictions
- Knowledge of principles and practices of claims settlement, policy wording, fraud investigations and coverage issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
- Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
- French language proficiency is an asset
- CIP or working towards designation is an asset
