The Learning & Development Department is seeking a highly motivated and career-minded individual to join their team as a Learning Consultant supporting our Insurance line of business, namely Echelon Insurance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate in Adult Education
  • 5 years’ experience in consulting and managing stakeholders is a must
  • 5 years’ experience in design/development of large-scale training programs using different learning methods is a must
  • Experience in training delivery of in person and virtual training sessions
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience handling casualty claims is a must
  • Knowledge of insurance contracts of various jurisdictions
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of claims settlement, policy wording, fraud investigations and coverage issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
  • Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
  • French language proficiency is an asset
  • CIP or working towards designation is an asset
