Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The Learning & Development Consultant facilitates training in several areas, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, up-training, and refresher training. Using adult learning principles the Learning & Development Consultant ensures the learners are engaged and participating in training to ensure maximum learning opportunities. As needed, the Learning & Development Consultant may partner with leadership to ensure Percepta’ s policies and procedures while in training are followed. When not in training, the Learning & Development Consultant will participate in, quality calibration sessions, on-site support, professional development, and complete special projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Previous practiced experience within training preferred
  • Management Experience (advantageous)
