Description:
Learning and Development Coordinator

- This position can be remote or in any of our Harris offices.
How you will add value::
- Support the learning and development team.
- Coordinate live, virtual and recorded training sessions.
- Laisse with Harris employees for all Learning and Development questions.
- Schedule, track and moderate training sessions.
- Create written communication to market Learning and Development Opportunities for growth.
- Support compliance team with annual training calendar and scheduling trainings in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Conduct evaluations and monitor employee response to training
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with HR technology.
- Bilingual preferred (German and English)
- Experience creating and facilitating training; preference for experience with voice over and translation of recorded training.
- Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to act with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and a professional demeanor
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, work autonomously and build win-win situations.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook).
- Preference given for Workday and LMS experience.
