Description:

Learning and Development Coordinator

  • This position can be remote or in any of our Harris offices.

How you will add value::

  • Support the learning and development team.
  • Coordinate live, virtual and recorded training sessions.
  • Laisse with Harris employees for all Learning and Development questions.
  • Schedule, track and moderate training sessions.
  • Create written communication to market Learning and Development Opportunities for growth.
  • Support compliance team with annual training calendar and scheduling trainings in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Conduct evaluations and monitor employee response to training

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with HR technology.
  • Bilingual preferred (German and English)
  • Experience creating and facilitating training; preference for experience with voice over and translation of recorded training.
  • Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and a professional demeanor
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, work autonomously and build win-win situations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook).
  • Preference given for Workday and LMS experience.
