Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aimed at enhancing the performance and professional growth of employees within the organization.
This role requires a combination of leadership, management, and hands-on coordination to ensure that learning initiatives are effective, relevant, and aligned with the company’s goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Event organization experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team/ reporting to diverse executive level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical, analytical, and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in MS office tools.
  • Strong Project management skills and capability to deal with several projects in the same time
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy.

  • Lead and manage the learning and development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development

Program Development, Implementation and deployment:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of training programs
  • Plan, deploy and monitor consumption of the designated Service Line Global/ local curriculum with help of dedicated Service Line Learning Coordinator.
  • Oversees the administration the Learning Management System (LMS) for the properness and accuracy of data records (as is subject to internal and external specific controls
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and analysis.

Needs Assessment and Analysis:

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to understand department-specific training requirements.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Negotiate with vendors and oversees the final contracting details with the help of dedicated Service Line Learning Coordinator.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Engage with stakeholders to promote training programs and report on their impact.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding development opportunities together with the Learning and Development Team
  • Compliance and Regulatory Training:
  • Ensure all mandatory training requirements are met and updated according to company’s standards.
