Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Learning & Development Coordinator will report to and collaborate with the Region’s L&D Manager and work with subject matter experts in the region to drive business initiatives. He/she will primarily help to coordinate and support logistics for Regional training events, including but not limited to peer group sessions for several job roles, and support for all training programs within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Education related field preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience and ability to prioritize & organize activities with accuracy.
  • Independently motivated with proven ability to follow through on initiatives
  • Highly engaging and collaborative style in working cross-functionally
  • Understands the program evaluation metrics and makes basic decisions that align with achieving or exceeding the metric goals
  • The technical aptitude or experience to work with an LMS, online development tools, and key Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint

    For California locations only, the salary range for this position is: $56,000-$85,000, depending on location. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors

Responsibilities:

  • Supports all Learning & Development activities across the Region by overseeing all administrative program tasks, ensuring they are completed on time, accurately, and with current information.
  • Supports the delivery of Learning & Development programs across the Region by coordinating and executing program logistics and organizing necessary materials, including invites, locations, speakers, content, vendors, food, A/V, etc.
  • Prepares and maintains Learning & Development files, including program evaluations, attendance records, and learning schedules, ensuring that these items are timely and accurate
  • Serves as a point of contact for program queries, internal and external to the organization, then communicating those to the Learning & Development Manager as necessary for action
  • Manages training email account & calendar and routes training requests to the appropriate point of contact.
  • Track, update, and log training and competency data into SuccessFactors.
  • Generates monthly reports for all stakeholders and Learning &Development Leadership
  • Interacts with employees at all levels to aid, guidance, or other needs
  • Collaborate with coordinators on the Learning Calendar and Inbox to ensure alignment in programs, and coverage for support as needed.
  • Manage LMS for session creation, tracking, reporting, etc.
  • Provides technology administrative and customer service support when needed and in partnership with the National Technology team.
  • Liaises with multiple learning partners, including managers, L&D Team, and training vendors
  • Supports Learning & Development Team by maintaining learning budget, including the organization of invoices, reconciling costs, spending finance request, and distributing charges to the appropriate project and task codes.
  • Includes occasional travel within the region to jobsites, meetings and training events.
