REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Two years of relevant experience, preferably in HR support
  • Handle information with discretion and solve problems analytically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of both traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms
    Experience using Workday and event planning tools like Cvent, involvement in high visibility programs/projects, and strong team collaboration skills. The ability to support, manage, and quickly learn technology needed for meetings and events is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project oversight as assigned for either the Learning Teams and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Manage all logistical aspects, including contracting hotels, facilities, and restaurants, arranging transportation services, and organizing catering to ensure seamless program execution
  • Identify and coordinate security requirements, audio visual and technology needs, and materials for programs
  • Administer systems and manage information by reporting data, completing data entry, utilizing data to draw conclusions, and making recommendations
  • Manage budget including tracking program expenses, paying invoices and implementing cost saving methods to keep programs under budget
  • Support communications, including drafting and disseminating written communication to program participants, managers, presenters, and leaders
  • Manage projects by adequately tracking status of project deliverables, maintaining and updating the project plan
