Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: TE WHAKAMAHERE
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering exceptional learning experiences to our people, to ensure that we are able to deliver on our purpose and help our people grow.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Learning Programme Coordination – oversee and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of our range of learning programmes.
Workflow Management – manage the learning and organisational development workflow pipeline to ensure effective organisational learning.
Support and Facilitation - coordinate and facilitate the delivery of learning workshops and initiatives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date learning data. Manage the learning inbox, triaging enquiries to the appropriate team members.
Continuous Improvement – create and maintain a centralized approach to the way we measure the impact of our learning programmes to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
