Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Learning and Development Manager for a prominent and leading company in the food and beverage manufacturing sector, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.
The Learning and Development Manager proposes, develops and implements learning and development solutions according to the defined learning requirements to develop staff capability and improve performance
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collaborate with Department Heads and Line Managers to identify employee learning needs and clarify objectives.
- Organize and analyze learning needs to develop plans that address key areas for improvement and propose relevant learning solutions.
- Design and develop learning content that meets the identified objectives and builds necessary skills or competencies.
- Facilitate instructor-led training programs to engage participants and enhance knowledge retention.
- Maintain an external network for updated knowledge on accelerated learning technologies and oversee the Division’s Training and Development Centre.
- Use various tools to encourage managers to support the application of learning in the workplace.
- Lead forums and action learning sets to promote peer-to-peer learning and a collaborative learning culture.
- Evaluate the impact of learning interventions using proven methodologies.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by assigning learning materials, uploading content, configuring the system, and analyzing reports to enhance user experience.
- Track and document progress of learning data and records.
