Description:

Gradiant is a global solutions provider and developer of cleantech water projects. We specialize in developing and implementing advanced water treatment technologies that address some of the most pressing global water challenges.
We are looking to hire a L&D Manager to be based out of our Abu Dhabi office and lead the L&D portfolio for Gradiant globally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop Framework and work closely with the Global HR team and Business leaders to Identify training needs within the organization.
  • Working with the HR Project Team on launch for Global LI JS and responsible for ongoing system maintenance.
  • Partner with the Global Head of HR on the development of Global behaviour competency Framework in conjunction with the Global job grades.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to organizational needs, with a strong emphasis on aligning with company values and culture.
  • Identify specific voids in training and recommend effective training solutions.
  • Leverage on LMS to create and implement effective evaluation tools to measure effectiveness of training.
  • Assess Leadership Capability and develop solutions to strengthen Leadership bench strength.
  • Source and put together a listing of global external training partners
  • Connect course material to real-world job tasks, ensuring the development of relevant competencies, and provide coaching and follow-up support for global driven learning initiatives.
  • Working on templates for Global Technical Competency Mapping in accordance with the ISO standards.
  • Work closely with the local HR team and business function on the training plan and to leverage on the LMS to track the training.
  • All other task as assigned by the line manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, OD or related field preferred
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Training capacity
  • Understanding of ISO standards is a must
  • Proven experience in setting and driving L&D strategy and budget across diverse geographical locations.
  • Experiences in partnering with external training vendors, conducting/ facilitating L&D workshops on internal corporate training programs e.g. Graduate Trainee Program, Leadership Program etc.
  • Experience working directly with regional stakeholders and ideally from MNC backgrounds
  • Business travel required 15%
