QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years’ experience designing and delivering L&D programs
  • Fluent in adult learning theory and instructional design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Ability to design and implement effective development solutions with minimal direction
  • Program Management
  • Understanding of basic Change Management principles
  • Proficient with LMS administration
  • Working knowledge of e-learning platforms and methods
  • Capable and creative with leveraging AI in L&D practices
  • Previous experience or interest in eventually managing direct reports
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Powerpoint and Excel

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to support the growth and development of our employees. In this role you will report to the Senior Director of Leadership Development and be instrumental in defining and deploying the Learning and Leadership Development strategy and solutions for Lantheus. We are looking for a unique skillset that includes solid L&D expertise and a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude to get the job done. This is an Individual Contributor role but our team is growing. Over time you may have direct reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support efforts to continuously assess the development needs of our employees
  • Partner with our HRBPs to understand the learning needs of their groups and build relationships with our key business stakeholders
  • Create and execute learning solutions for the enterprise as well as custom engagements
  • Design and deliver development programs including in-person and virtual events
  • Host, kick off and close out our development workshops
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Manage training calendar, scheduling, enrollments and logistics of our programs
  • Assess the success of our development solutions Oversee our Co-Op Development Program
  • Join our team of facilitators for our bi-weekly new hire orientation
  • Program manage a number of strategic L&D programs such as: LinkedIN Learning, LMS integration & Navigating Lantheus; a monthly, in person event for our new hires
  • Be a portfolio owner of our Professional Development and/or People Manager Curriculum
  • Develop content and communications such as intranet pages, townhall presentations and marketing emails to ensure employees have awareness of development events and resources
